its sounded like the assaults going on in the east have been slowing russia down from mobilizing around kyiv. their continued bombardment of kharkiv has absolutely decimated the city but even with that they haven't been able move freely east to west and west to east due to ukraines guerrilla warfare tactics

but as you say it does sound like that big convoy has been on the move today so we'll see

the southern assault sounds brutal though. mariupol and kherson look like terrible situations

They're only delaying the inevitable - it's the Alamo all over again basically. Kyiv will fall, it just wont happen as fast as Putin though it would. Zelenskyy has been practically begging NATO to intervene since the invasion started. Mayors of some of those towns have been begging as well. The UA needs more troops, this is a fact.

Over at their subreddit, said success stories often don't have links to sources, just pictures and videos.However it's not hard to see that they are getting their asses kicked and the destruction of entire cities and hospitals has gotta be affecting morale.
