Aaaaaand scene.
Aaaaaand scene.
What a great finale. I'm interested to see what they do in the second season, though I fear the show will be greatly diminished with the loss of Sir Anthony.
Holy fuck what an ending.
BUT WHAT HAPPENED TO STUBBS
Seriously tho, holy shit.
Also, when they announced Season 2 they said it won't be til 2018. So we've got a long fucking wait.
Spoiler: show
So I'm guessing next season will be William, Elsie, Stubbs, and Delores and her robot army versus the world?
Fantastic season. Great ending. On a bit of a cliffhanger, but more along the lines of "The Game Has Changed, What Comes Next?" instead of something cheesy like "Who did the bad guy beat up with a bat?"
Really bummed we have to wait until 2018 to get season two, but I suspect the season will be very different in format and presentation.
I was surprised we didn't get any resolution on Elsie and, to a lesser extent, Stubbs. Also surprised we didn't see Abernathy floating around at the train station, or at least have some idea where he was at, since they made a point of Charlotte picking him a couple of weeks ago AND showing him again in the "Previously On...." segment. Would have made some sense to see him somewhere near the end to show where he was, regardless of if that was at the train station or at the event.
There's been an ARG going on related to the show that was updated after the episode last night, and after reddit decoded everything it seems to imply both Stubbs and Elsie are alive.
I still can't get over how good it was.
Holy fucking fuck. Thank you HBO.
I just watched it, and I definitely regret not buying some alcohol to go with that episode. What a ride, and what a masterfully paced 90 minutes.
What a damn good finale. Now we have a year and a half to go thru and pick apart the whole season and timelines. One thing that stood out and might answer the question about Ford possibly being a host at the end is to pay attention to the handshake he gives Bernard.
I dont think they can afford Hopkins for another season
I can't wait for someone with a lot of time on their hands to rearrange all the scenes from this season into chronological order. Obviously, the timeline now is pretty clear. It would just be fun to watch it that way.
I can't wait to see all the neckbeard weeaboo guests in the shogun world season 2 is going to be off the chain.
Spoiler: show
It's HBO. Not regular cable.
