Excel Issues - Windows 10 - Office 2013

I'm having an issue where I have a workbook open and it stops displaying what I'm doing. Right clicks will still bring up the menu and I can technically work but nothing displays and none of the numbers change. I've disabled/enabled hardware accelerations with resets. I turned off DDE and I've tried only opening via Excel and also only opening via File Explorer. I turned off all my Bloomberg Add-ins and COMs immediately because they are usually the culprit but I can't fucking figure this out and I have a shitload of work to do.

Does the problem persist in Excel's safe mode?
