AFAIK, Team USA wasnt built by Torts, and he was told to play the team the way the execs wanted them to be played.

Edit: Looking at the 13-14 Canucks, they were real bad o_O. Kesler led the team with 25 goals and Henrik with 50 points. Ouch. Chris Higgins had the second most goals with 17 lol

Torts played the Sedins like 25 mins a night and drove them into the ground. Their production fell off a cliff in the second half of the season. Also the coaches for Canucks that year are now head coaches of Calgary, Columbus and the Penguins.

Happy for Columbus, but where do you all honestly think they'll be at the end of the regular season? Don't think they'll be #1 at the end but maybe top 8. They are definitely a playoff team for sure, but not sure if one can say a contender yet.

I've always enjoyed watching the BJ's in the last few years. I see them on the 29th, picked that ticket over Islanders to end off the year. I mean, who doesn't enjoy seeing a fucking cannon go off when they score lol. Like my football team...BOOM MOTHERFUCKERS!

It's hard to tell if they'll keep this pace or drop off a little. This time last year they were 30th in the league and had 29 points. And now they're at the top. I definitely see them getting into the playoffs but I dunno about the Presidents trophy.

They seem to be playing 110% every game, this should fall off come feb/mar.
