Hey, you had to play .500 hockey the rest of the season. The bar is set much lower for Columbus.

Edit: We also claimed Columbus's backup off waivers. We basically got a free draft pick for nothing. Hopefully McEn-whatever can play decent-enough to warrant continuing to look for a back-up. As great as Freddy has been we can't run him into the ground all season like we have been. I think all our backups combined have started like, 5 games.

NSH v VAN tied at 1 in OT. Preds score a goal, but waived for BS interference; they then take a penalty. Then with 2s left in OT, Calle Jarnkrok scores a shorthanded goal to win it. Was hopping around my place last night after that goal, just epic.

Arvidson bumped Miller in the crease, idk how its bs interference. His reaction to the goal and follow up told it all, he knew he fucked up. It wasnt a BS call, lets be honest.

If Miller came out of the crease and got bumped, then its BS to overturn it.

People keep looking at their record since the start or November or the last 15 games or whatever, but the Flames have been trending downward lately. I think SJ is gonna walk all over us tonight.

TSN had a thing about unlikely hat tricks this year because of Boedker getting one last night. Joe Colborne had one opening night, no goals in 30 games since.

I'm really happy Calgary let Colborne go. He had a good year last year and if Calgary tried signing him and he went to arbitration he would have made bank. Definitely dodged a bullet
