It's not really hard to see what the problems are.

1, Coaching. Maurice needs to go and most of the assistants need to go, namely Flaherty and Huddy.
2, Goaltending. Helle is not the long term franchise starter, Hutch is garbage. Sign an established veteran to a 2 year contract and call up Comrie.
3, Defense. Namely LHD.

But I don't expect Chevy to do jack shit again this off season. And the fucker wants to extend Maurice...like what the actual fuck.
