You neglected to account for the new 480pot(!) HoT fairy tether. With Rouse and Illumination, that is a ~740pot single-target HoT.

Yeah but tether eats 10 points off the Fairy Gauge every tic I'm assuming, and the gauge fills up by +10 from summoning the fairy, or using an Atherflow, so fill it up to 10, then use it on tank and then goto town with Broil II while your Fairy pumps out Physick-strength HoTs?

Yes, I believe it's 30 (40ish with AF use) seconds of tether, but that is a strong-ass 30 seconds. It's basically 30 seconds of nonstop cure2 spam.

Perfect for me. Gives me time to get back to the Vita library I've been waiting to tackle. I see these expansions and FFXIV like one giant novel series i pick up every time the author cranks out a new chapter.

After having gone through all of the jobs, rearranging my hot bars and familiarizing myself with the job gauges, it feels like the devs answer to "I can't double-weave with the server on west coast" was just removing most situations where you would double-weave in your opener/general rotation?

So many offGCDs gutted this expansion.

Why would you want to experience this early access? There is nothing here, 24hrs and people are still stuck at the same quest. You're just going to be disappointed 20 minutes after you unlock rdm and sam if you choose to do msq so you can actually enjoy the expansions content.

Yeah, there's really nothing to see as far as the early access goes. Being gridlocked at a single vital mission and most other solo instances is frustrating.

I've also experienced plenty of typos and redundant writing in quests. In the first new DRK quest my female character got called "he" (when it clearly should have been a he/she toggle). I've seen a lot of words be used improperly too which is rare for this game (ex: fair instead of fare in the MCH quest).

I'm sure SE is compiling a laundry list of shit to fix once Early Access is over. Well, it is basically a beta, it's just called something different. I would have liked to see Kugane by now, but y'know, whatever.
