Trump going to be a Bernie Bro after that meeting. He basically does whatever the last person he meets with tells him to do.

Hey it's not pay to play when you don't pay right? So much better than Crooked Hillary. The best deals.
http://talkingpointsmemo.com/edblog/...y-in-argentina“For a number of years, Trump and his Argentine partners have been trying to build a major office building in Buenos Aires. The project has been held up by a series of complications tied to financing, importation of building materials and various permitting requirements.”
“According to a report out of Argentina, when Argentine President Mauricio Macri called President-Elect Trump to congratulate him on his election, Trump asked Macri to deal with the permitting issues that are currently holding up the project.”
That seems rather unconstitutional.

No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
That pesky Consent of Congress thing...
None.
So the entire time the only thing keeping people in line and not doing unscrupulous behavior was the honor system? We could have been doing blatant quid pro quo this entire time, and the only secret to success was telling the truth about it?
Apparently a lot of the corruption laws that could be enforced against officials don't directly apply to the President. He would have to be thrown out via impeachment, which of course requires the GOP to do.
I think the big question will be how long the GOP can hold things together before shit falls apart and how big the backlash against them will be. It will be hard to spin 20 million people losing health coverage or overtime benefits when they control all three branches of government. A short-term economic boom is possible if they do infrastructure spending or deregulation since companies will cash in, but I'm not sure much of that will go to the people who will need it anyway.
The second he's actually sworn into office, all this free pass stuff will end.
Until then, enjoy the show.

Mike Pence shrugs off Donald Trump’s massive conflicts of interest: “Who cares?”
They're going to bury it until it gets to a point where it fucks with their bill riding.
The moment they think gate keeper donald is going to put up a fight with them is the moment he gets impeached. Remember all the calls republicans were making to get ready to impeach president HRC day one?
I seriously doubt the GOP will ever impeach Trump. I can't even think of a scenario in which they would. I guess if Trump manages to give everyone in the country a book of coupons including a free abortion and one ticket to send someone from Mexico to the US, then yeah sure.
They'll get rid of him as a scapegoat if it ever came to that. For all intents and purposes he's now the face of the GOP, as undeserving (or deserving) as it is. Itd take something pretty bad for that to happen though.
As a liberal I don't want him to be impeached though. Mike Pence is making sure of that.
Pence is already shaping the policy. Might as well just face it head on instead of being distracted by a sack of shit that's been spray painted orange. Trump is thinking about decisions less than Tommen "King Stampsalot" Baratheon.
Dude, he just wants to play with Ser Pounce and then Ser Bounce on them Margaery tittays.
