Hillary Clinton wanted to include profit sharing for employees as part of her economic agenda, but yeah, a 1-time $1000 payout for select employees that all of the companies offering it could have made at any point without it moving the needle on their bottom line is for sure the same and will in no way go absolutely nowhere for most people stuck in a debt spiral and is 100% NOT paying lip service to the administration since they know how easy it is to play to this President's ego because almost all the companies making said offer are also in the midst of or about to begin some sort of fraud and/or antitrust investigation.
