That seems not great
About a year ago my unit was doing a patrol in the Northern Pacific off the coast of Japan and whatnot, boarding fishing vessels to look for violations or illegal fishing practices.
Literally every single Chinese boat we boarded (50+ over the patrol) was doing something illegal (finning sharks, not properly reporting what they were fishing up, etc). We had no actual authority to do anything about it other then report it back to mainland China. Unsurprisingly, they did absolutely nothing and just ignored us.
Somebody look me in the eye and tell me India can meet this surge of electricity demand with wind+solar power.

I had to bring my tortoise back indoors, because it was fucking 113F in the shade.
No burrow?
almost definitely. emerging countries are not a problem
Half the enclosure is roofed, and she has a lowered, covered area that is covered in dirt on the top and surrounded by cinder blocks filled with dirt. It's on a sprinkler timer to hose it down every 3 hours.
Still too hot. Redfoot tortoise from central and south america, so they need it somewhat muggy.
Build skyscrapers down into the earth, not above where that deadly laser can get you.
The UAE just turned on their first nuclear power reactor, the first commercial reactor in the Arab world.
The plant is building 4 reactors total on the S. Korean APR-1400 design, which will provide a quarter of the country's electricity.
They were entirely natural gas powered for electricity until now, and the 6th highest per capita carbon emissions country.

Yep
US can borrow long-term at negative rates, we should order like 200 APR-1400s today.
