10 feet of sea level rise is going to fuck a lot of people living in flood plains, but it isn't like current NJ will be even 10% under water. Depending on whether our flood insurance program finally becomes sane, at best they will move and at worst they won't.

The loss of landmass won't be nothing, but the real migratory problems are going to come from countries with agrarian economies that experience massive famines.

where tf are you getting 10 feet from? The latest IPCC suggests ~3 feet by 2100 if emissions continue unchecked, only 6-12 inches by 2050.

3ft fucks up Florida and our many many homes with "waterfront" property which is really just homes built on swamps turned canals to not 100% disrupt the flow of water thru the everglades
