Should just enact a federal immaculate truck tax. If your truck is more than 1 year old and too pretty, it adds a thousand dollars to your tax bill.

The same people would get dinged but they wouldn't talk about it.

I looked it up. The highest points above sea level are only around 7ft average for the whole island chain. If only HALF of the South Pole melts in the next hundred years that will be more than enough to submerge the whole country.
