AssCreed 3 was pretty good, and for nothing, it's worth the play.

Thanks for this, haven't really played any of them including the AC series but I assume it'd be ok to start with 3.

    It's quick and simple.

    Click link.
    Create Account.
Download and install UbiSoft Game launcher (similar to Steam/Origin).
Click link in the Launcher and you get all 7.

I believe 3 was the first one where they broke off of the story that had persisted up to that point?... even if that's not correct, it's ok to start at 3.

That would be AC4 Black Flag. Original AC up through to AC3 all involved Desmond.

I enjoyed ac3 quite a bit, i really enjoyed the story in that one.

I've been adding these games to my account each month but missed a couple, so it was nice of em to bundle them and give them all away this month.

Does the story conclude with ac3 and Desmond? I stopped playing after brotherhood cause I wasn't going to grind towers every year for 30min of actual plot. I was really into the story but once the cash grab became apparent I decided to drop it.

It's worth it for Farcry: Blood Dragon alone. The best Farcry without a doubt.

It would be hard to not be worth it when it's literally free and the only cost is time/hard drive space/having to actually use uPlay.

But then again, having to actually use uPlay is the reason I'm not bothering with that shit.

Am I the only person in the world that doesn't mind uPlay? I don't see it as any different than using Steam, Origin, Playonline etc.

I don't care really. Those programs are set where they only popup once and I never see them again. I open games from my start menu

uPlay is fine as far as I'm concerned. I use it all the time for The Division; haven't noticed anything that would annoy people.

I feel as if every time I load up uPlay to play R6 Siege it has to update itself.

My issue with ac3 was it kept crashing every half hour or so...and the controls/ combat was horribly awkward feeling. I'M LOOKING AT YOU, GUNS

How often do you actually play? I haven't played the Division since maybe the week before last and didn't need to update. Also, Steam updates every few days for me when I try to load it. It's probably not any different.

About twice a week. Steam updates aren't mandated to play a game either and can download in the background. Ubisoft delays my playing of their game for a minute on my crappy connection.

I refuse to use uPlay not because I think it's particularly terrible or anything (I wouldn't know, since I don't use it), but for the same reason I don't use Origin, GOG, or the Windows store: I don't want to support companies being jackasses and making their own proprietary systems when a clear standard has already been established and agreed upon, especially if they aren't going to offer an outright better service.

Granted, I use battle.net, so my morals are obviously compromised, but I always make sure to do the proper warm ups before my mental gymnastics to justify it. Something about it being okay because it existed before Steam, but really, it's just because Overwatch is so goddamn addicting.
