I meant more was it part of the Bra Bra or Soundtrack event that we never got, hence the untranslated banner they seem to (maybe) be re-purposing around hopeful bard motes and the concert hall.

Concert Hall= soundtrack event. They're technically the same event (same rewards too) but we're only getting the soundtrack "version".
I mean Bra Bra and Soundtrack are the same events. Different music I believe but they both had the exact same stages and rewards.

Nope, this is a special event. The next Nightmare dungeons are still unreleased in JP and it'll take us 6 months or so to get there.

I know refreshing is not really the best use of mythril anymore, but I do need me some Major Lightning Orbs. Will probably spend a few there (as well as my stamina refreshes) and call it.

Has there been any mention of things purchaseable with greens? Going to buy all 10 stamina shards during this orbfest, but dont want to drain my stock of home grown vegetables entirely.
