12:00 AM 6/8 PST (8:00 AM 6/8 UTC) to 4:59 AM 6/8 PST (12:59 PM 6/8 UTC)
* Maintenance may be extended without warning.

All game servers will be unavailable during maintenance, and the game will not be playable.
Players in a dungeon when maintenance begins may lose their progress, items, and any Stamina spent to enter the dungeon, so please use caution when playing immediately before maintenance.
Any resulting losses are the responsibility of the player, so please be sure to stop playing and exit the game before maintenance begins.

So, I made a change to my A-team since I found myself using Asylum on RW over Wall a lot even though I have Aerith BSSB. I replaced BSB Aerith with USB Vanille and i must say I think it's working out well. My one gripe I have is now I don't know what to put on as a default for Vanille's second ability. Ultra Cure is obvious but the second is mainly situational stuff. I really wish Vanille had access to Wrath lol.

They're not gonna release mini events with nothing else going on. FFXV and Awakening Cloud have 2 and 5 stages respectively with no MP at all, XV doesn't even have a relic banner. They'll either start the Fest early or delay these by a couple weeks.
I'm expecting them to go FFI> FFVI> Fest begins+FFXV> FFVII. Hopefully they'll release the MC3 batch before AC.

in other news, i finally cleared the CM for mote ifrit! all it took was pulling the most OP offensive relic in the entire game.

Hmm no. The Legend Materias you get from the VI banner relics act just like normal SBs: you equip them on that character, you get access to it immediatly and after a while you acquire the materia and can remove the piece of gear. You don't need any motes to unlock the slots, you need motes to get the materias from the Record Sphere.
In JP they also sent a bunch of motes to every player right after maintenance.
