OK's USB is finally here (in JP )! Well actually it's USBs!
OK USB #1: Party Haste, MAG/MND/RES +30%, Quickcast Magic 3, self EX Mode "Sage" (MAG+30% and small BLK dmg up)
OK USB #2: Party Haste, ATK +50%, Critical = 50% and self EX Mode "Ninja" (ATK+30%, shorten cast time with consecutive actions up to 8 stages)
OK LMR: Start battle with Instant Cast 2
OK LM1: Medium(?) chance to double cast Celerity abilities
OK LM2: Medium(?) chance to double cast Black Magic abilities

Yeah, those USBs are on the same banner.
Honestly I'm satisfied but that party Haste is wasted if you have his BSB.

Edit: Should also note that this banner includes Arc's BSB1, Aria's BSB, Refia's BSB, OK's BSB and new Bursts for Ingus and CoD (this one is special! party Doom and stackable MAG buff). Also materias for most of these and no SSBs.

It takes away value from his BSB. With recent ability buffs and the Haste on the USBs you probably shouldn't be using VoF at all with OK. Better buff ATK/MAG with other options (say... Deuce) because they don't have identical buffs.
His SSBs still have a (niche) use though.

so uhh, apparently squall's doublecast LM and the standard spellblade doublecast RM can both proc together? just had squall do 3 snowspell strikes off one command. i assumed the two materias just stacked together for an aggregate rate increase but i guess they're counted separately. that's absolutely ridiculous, lol.

Lightning has a 3% chance to triplecast with LMR + Bartz RM
Squall has a 4.5% chance to triplecast with LM + Bartz RM
And Bartz has a minuscule 0.5% chance to QUINTUPLE cast with LM + LMR + RM. I couldn't figure out the rest of the probabilities for Triple/Quad but my guess is 15% chance to triplecast, 50%+ to doublecast.

that bartz math is killing me, i think i'm gonna have to go hard on that banner. faris' USB2 appearing was already a lock for a 1x11 but i might have to budget a bunch more if 50% doublecast bartz is a thing, lol.

DeNA officially confirmed that all banners starting from the OK event ones (in JP) will feature 4 6* items. This does not mean that SSBs are completely gone but they'll probably start removing them like they did for Uniques.

Well that's a given considering 7* gear will be augmentable to 9* with 2 dupes :D I can't even imagine the stats on those things, we'll need higher caps on ATK/MAG again.
