Yeah problem is they have 80% break resistance or something so teeeeechhhhnically it isn't useless but it's not the kind of thing you want to use. Multiple buffs seem like it's enough justification but I haven't mathed it out or anything. If it gives you uptime to include full break in your rotation then it seems good.

Plus Ramza with the 40% duration buff makes it so that if you have his other SBs (i.e. Chant, USB), you can easily switch between that and shout and still easily be able to maintain the duration of both.

I'd contemplate a XIII pull to get some +stats for Lightning, but, uh, probably not. I think the only realm I'd 100% pull on would be FFT for Shout/Ramza BSB and Agrias SSB.

Ok, looks like these are normal events with no extra battles (just classic+Elite and EXp stages). So we get 25+30 mythril :D

Newcomer banner 1 looks like VII items only. Presumably the rest of them follow suit then. It includes unique soul break items so skip.
Dungeons go up to difficulty 99 and theres a D80 (EDIT: Experience) dungeon. Mythril is mythril so I can't complain...

eh i still have a shitton of new-ish characters without SBs sitting at 50 and almost all the cores there too, plus 5 unused MC3s. the eggs will pretty much always be useful for me!

Um, eggs are not awful rewards. It makes powering someone to 99 like 300x easier when I don't have to sit here all day on auto.

Compared to orbs? Yes, they are. Newcomers also need orbs, showering them in eggs when the events have EXP stages isn't a great choice imo.

You really haven't started a new account recently if you say this lol. Heck back when I started my JP account months ago the issue was always Orbs. As a new player you're not gonna farm dailies, you're going through the dungeons to get mythril/stamina shards so that you can play more and pull on the new shinies.
I could clear all Elite stages within one week, levels weren't an issue. But I had to rely on RWs because I couldn't craft anything at all. Orbfests are nice and all but only come once every three months (at best). A beginner dungeon not offering some orbs is just silly.
Not even sure why you're talking about Full Break, did I mention Major Orbs anywhere? 3*s would be good enough, maybe some Greaters on top.
