That's because it is. You were basically tired of these after Musou Warriors 3, over 14 years ago. A buddy at work got annoyed at me when I shut down his FE hype by explaining that, but it is what it is. I'd be pissed if they brought back Ogre Battle or Tactics Ogre in this genre, because its not the real thing.

I can see why FE fans are annoyed when they want a real FE on a main console, not a Musou Warriors paid Mod with FE skins.

It's weird, I actually like Dragon Quest Heroes... but maybe it's because of the DQ humor and artstyle...

TBH it'd be nice if they remembered the Ogre IP at all. If it meant enduring one shitty game to revive the franchise I'd be down.

well it seems the only way for them to make this games work/sell is by slaping a prominent IP on them and call it a win orz. Gameplay looks exactly the same as Zelda Warriors ecxept with Fire Emblem varriants in it...
