I've gotten quite a few of his rare cards so far. None of them toon cards though except for alligator.

There's a new mini-set out based mostly on fire types. Nothing really that good, a little bit of bug support which will help them a lot. Tyrant Dragon is one of the two URs though.

Gave us 500 free gems (a 10 draw) for the new mini expansion. Hot dog.

I looked through them and I saw several cards I think I could build a deck around, and some I could add to my existing ones (I have a spell caster deck, that jester looks cool). Golden apple is insane I think. Really powerful in some situations.

That said I did a 10 pull. Got my Jester(!) as well as another SR that slips my mind, and a butt load of (r) I wanted, the 2450 attack sword guy that equips defeated monsters was a card I had back when I played like 12 years ago, that was nostalgia in a shell.

I think the pack has some real shinies in it... shame no Pyro/fire field spell.

One thing I hate about this games design is it's so hard to come back from some one who mulligans a 4 star card with appropriate equip spell. It's just so damn hard to get the tributes up needed to deal with something that basically needs a 5+star to defeat it.

Got ritual summon from Pegasus finally, and got Northwemko and Gar'andolf from Neoimpact. Got them from a 10 pack draw, in back to back packs, so I'm quite excited. Got a lot of UR and SR spells/traps from my last few 10 packs, so I'm slowly getting there. I have so many cards that are great, but I'm missing a few key ones to make any particular strategy actually viable.

May want to focus on the blue eyes and water packs if you still want things from them. They're going away mid march. Apparently, it should have been gone in a few days, but they've pushed the date back due to all the new players.

And for dealing with high attack power stuff, mirror wall is obvious, but I also like the bow that lowers attack by 1000 but let's it attack directly. 99% of the time I use it to equip to opponent.

Of course, against my own warnings I did you the 500 on the new cards. I got Sergeant Electro for SR and thats just about it.

What the hell is the win condition of the lv33 Flips for Real deck? Hane-Hane, 4star ladybug, bubonic vermin, invader to the throne skelangel, some little cat I can't remember, and shallow grave. It's just an annoying time waster of a deck and at any given time it seems there are 3 people with the deck around at a time.

A few seem to have no real aim. I forget the exact cards but there was another that seemed to revolve around decking itself out within 8~ turns via spam summoning low lvl normal monsters from the deck, searchers, etc. I wish there was a simple swipe mechanic in place on the confirm duel page to swap decks, I made one for that flip deck with two Sasuke Samurais, but I'm typically too lazy to go through the menus to swap to it.

The one that uses Big Shield Gardna beats my deck on auto much more often than I'd like. Auto needs to be renamed to clown mode. I've watched it turn attackers to defense and attack Gardna with one attacker, then end turn. Repeat until I'm at low LP and it stalemates, or it attacks into a face down Gardna and loses. I've watched it summon Sphere Kuriboh so many times for no real reason, or use all my equip cards and Raiyoku on Yomi Ship, etc. So many dumb moves, but at times it pulls off some really smart shit too.

Ok, so I'm just about to unlock blue eyes toon dragon and now I want to focus on farming Pegasus for the rest of his cards. Is it better to go for his lv30 deck or lv40? I'm leaning towards 30, but even at lv40 I still rarely ever get his exclusive cards.

40 if you can handle it. It makes it so you only get the cards he drops instead of his + the other generic pool of R cards. Also even if BETD was your goal, you should still go for more points to get UR/SR jewels

I want the unique stuff (Board, etc) but 0 chance I'll get it by the time the event ends tomorrow, I probably wont even get BETD.

The spell card Cross Attack is broken. Its: pick tw monsters on your side of the field. This turn, one can attack life points directly, the other can't attack.

That part works fine. But once it's your turn, one of your monsters can't attack.

Just pulled that card, almost added it, but decided for the slot I could just do better with something else. The card trader always has something I want, so I might just convert it for orbs.

For clarification, the person who didn't use the spell card can't attack on their next turn when they should be able to.

And it looks like I'm finishing Toon World event without getting any of the cards I actually wanted. I got most of Pegasus' non-toon cards and 1 Toon World. Also about 500k points away from a UR orb but I've got 1 star and I have work in 40 minutes and don't much feel like playing anymore atm.

Anyone know a good way to get gold? I've got all the other stuff to buy cards except for gold and occasionally getting 250-500 gold from duels isn't cutting it.

Rewards for quests, all day err day. Also, I notice I earn a lot of coins when doing pvp duels. They're also pretty fun most of the time, matchmaking seems to be on point.

I've been looking for a way to get more too, was up to almost 500k but a couple UR and SR and now I'm hoarding my last 40k until Cerberus shows up. Only consistent thing seems to be daily loaner deck challenge for 3-8k. Besides that when i needed a quick 10k to get back to 40 I just traded in most of the crap monster cards that come with the duelists starter decks.
