Game's giving 1000 extra duel assessment points atm.
Spent my 1400 keys on lv40 duelists and... pretty much got shit despite winning all but one and getting 3-4k points each time. What a waste.

Saw that when I logged in today. Bad timing for me, just finished getting my Cerberus deck together Friday and proceeded to blow all my keys over the weekend![]()
Also got nothing, had 200-400 each of the colored keys, only card I got that was SR or greater was 1 time wizard...
You really should only spam lvl30 imo, the jump in price of duel is not worth the rewards and drop rate from lvl40. I've been farming lvl30 like mad and using the card trader and login difficulties gems to boost my collection.
Yeah.
neo-impact is huge.
Id pull more on Neo but gdi I want Sphere Kuribo among other things... but that pack is so bad outside of the few SR/UR
Yeah, id like a Kuriboh but what I really want is a 2nd Twister. But all I keep getting is shit.
Plus my last Neo pull I got straight shit on. I did get the dragon spell card (destroy trap/spell + 500 dmg if you control a dragon) which is an UR and nice for my Kaiba deck.
El Doublo:
Bullshit of the day - Card Traded a Wonder Balloon, got Wonder Balloon back... next turn card traded a Monster(2900 Attack Magician lady), got her back... I have only 1 of each so i literally traded a card and got the same one back, with 16 cards in deck, twice in a row. What the fuck.
Bullshit of my life - My deck looks something like this.
1 Ritual Monster
2 Tribute Monsters
12 4* or Less monsters.
5 Spells
3 Traps
Which is 23 cards. I swear like 50% of my duels start out with a nearly useless hand with my entire supply of spells.
Finally got Kaiser Sea Horse this morning. Doubt the deck is effective longterm but now have 2x Paladin of Blue Dragon, Kaiser Sea Horse and Senju of Thousand Hands to try get a Blue Eyes out onto the field quickly.
I'm running a variation of this, and love it. Much success.
I'm running about 9 spell/trap cards then two Paladin of white Dragon, two blue eyes, and a bunch of 1-4 star effect cards to keep momentum on my side until I can complete my ritual combo. I try to keep it under 25 cards, but every time I get a new UR I gotta adjust my balance a bit. I seem to have more success when I load up with a few equip cards to survive without a tribute summon, and card draw. So damn important to have some sorta card draw.
I'm still trying to get my other Twister and I realized...
I have 88 packs of the blue eyes set left and 17 of those are UR/SR. But if you count all the rares, I have a total of 100 rare+ cards to get. So that means I couldon't use all my gems on one set, use it all up and not even get the cards I want and have to reset the whole set just for another shot?
You can get 2 (maybe 3? never paid attention) rares in a single pack. It actually comes out exact, you can't full pull a box and not get every single card.
Been using the Cerb farm for awhile but I've never been a fan. Relying solely on taking damage to pull Cerb, or having the right spells to power it up early and keep it alive always felt unreliable. Having to try and balance your LPs was annoying too, but rewarding. Came across a Ryu deck on youtube that seems to be much more consistent and less card intensive.
Here's the vid. His channel isn't terrible, but he's a little goofy/nervous on cam so it can get sorta awkward.
TL;DW, the AI assumes you've got dragons to power up Ryu so it won't attack. Use Shard of Greed/Heart of the Underdog to mass tons of dragons in your hand and use Secret Pass to the Treasure to attack directly. Using Heart of the Underdog is great. I've two turned a 6k eval. It's not as efficient as a well played Cerb deck, but it's much faster and more consistent.
Until they patch it.
I tried it, but missing Heart and haven't unlocked the Wind draw trait, so I had to make due. I'll probably make due because by the time I'd get what I'd need its probably be patched out. Though I'm not sure how on top of their game the people running this app areven.
Lv39 decks make it rain keys, jeez. I wish they'd add more decks though. They have like 10 different NPCs but there's only like 3 decks between them.
They fixed how the AI deals with ryu btw.
Sorta. They released a client update and a game file update. The game file was mandatory, but the fix is in the client update. That'll work until the 27th when it'll become mandatory. Gives people a bit longer to use it if they don't have other options.
I've been toying around with various decks and I'm not sure what's really good and consistent. It feels like the 3 monster/spell cap really hinders a lot of things. Depend too much on specific continuous spells/traps or monsters that sit on the field and you end up running out of play space to do anything. The 20 card decks really make you aim to focus on speed too, compared to having a large deck with options that you can search for. Think my favorite deck is Rex Dinos + Beans Man and 3x Order to Charge, or Weevil Parasites. The parasite skill annoys me to no end though, sometimes it puts three into the deck and you're golden. Other times it puts one and you're scampering to make up the difference.
I've just been sticking to my Cerberus deck (a cooperative form of it, not farming - though it can consistently do 5k on lv 40s. Missing lots of cards that I need to make some other decks.
I've found 23-25 cards to be the sweet spot for me. But I have Shards of Greed and two card traders that I abuse the shit out of to draw what I want pretty consistently. That and I add a handful of cards that let me search for BEWD and ritual cards. I know I talked shit about the game before, but if you stick with it and get past the early levels the game really starts to open up. I'm still enjoying this matchmaking too, does a good job.
