If everything else holds, that seat is the difference between 50/50 and 51/49 Dems. Amazing.

4 seats are currently within 138 votes or less (3 R leads and 1 D lead) If absentees uniformly benefit one party over the other they could swing all 4 one way or another - to 51/49 R or 53/47 D.

Wouldn't the Senate still block it? Or do they have 2 Republicans willing to cross over? Senate is 21/19 Republican.

That would be amazing if Maine and Virginia both expanded Medicaid.
