Moore was the only vote in favor of a day care worker who raped a 12-year-old, claiming there was no ‘implied threat of serious physical injury’.
In 2015, while Moore was serving on the Alabama Supreme Court, he considered the case of Eric Lemont Higdon, a 17-year-old, who was convicted of raping a 12-year-old at a daycare center. Higdon was found guilty under a sodomy statute that applied specifically to minors, as well another statute prohibiting rape. The second conviction was overturned by an appeals court and sent to the state supreme court for review.

I think you have a different definition of predator than most people. The term, at least as far as I've seen, is reserved for people who take actions without consent. I don't recall Edwards being accused of anything like that. Getting an aide to lie for him doesn't make him a predator, just garbage, and I don't think anyone was arguing that he wasn't.

Trump finding shitty or unqualified people isn't what shocks me. It's the fact that guy was still approved. Many in the GOP have lost their fucking minds and going off of the controversy happening with Moore, will put party over common sense and decency.
