They need to be under 1.5T in debt hikes over 10 years, so it still qualifies for reconciliation.

These inflation pegged changes raise taxes, they don't cut them.

That's why so many people (including the average earners in all income brackets under 75k/year) are paying more in taxes under this plan in 2027-onward.
