Spent a few orbs on the new banner for the hell of it. Knowing I shouldn't.

5* Tharja (-atk, +hp), 4* Mae, MRobin, and Odin to add to my impressive Moonbow collection.

My 4* Tharja is +atk, so thats a non starter. Having Nino up to 5* now (+spd -def) with Death Blow and Desperation, what's it going to take to make Mae my solid blue mage, or should I bother with a MRobin instead?

Given all the Bride Cordelias showing up in Arena at the moment I'd say your better bet would be MRobin. I never really looked at Mae's stats but there are already a ton of really good blue mages to choose from so I dunno if I'd bother.

At least you can feed Thar'ja's tome to somebody?

So I uninstalled this ages ago, what sort of content and event updates have there been since the ability inherentence which ks about where i left

I think the only major content added is Tempest Trials, a multi map gauntlet where your team's status (hp/special charge) persists across several maps, including deaths. Should your team lose, you make another team to continue, unable to use the units in the previous team(s). It makes healers and high charge specials worthwhile, but requires significant grinding to get a free 5* Lucina and a Seal.

System changes includes seals, which are minor stat buffs or abilities that can be equipped and are obtained via limited time quests. Arena's reward/tier system was revamped, rewarding more feathers overall and a few orbs now. Older Grand Hero Battles are now being reintroduced alongside quests to get more orbs and another copy of the unit. The voting gauntlet now has flag values tripled when your representative is losing by over 10% to prevent complete blowouts. Lastly, when you merge units now, the new unit will obtain all inherited skills, just in case you find a copy with better IVs in the future.

Camus not required. Rein/Olwen can be replaced with free titsmcgee with blade tome. Additionally Quadtania is a bananas mage masher if you decide to drop weapon triangle but if you decide to keep weapon triangle you counter both Rein and Olwen.

I like Camus to have around because he is camus. Anyway in Horse Emblem Olwen or Ursula > Rein. Reinhardt shines more when he is not in a Horse-Emblem Team. Titania might be okeish as a Mage slayer, but why have her when Cecila can do the job that much better! Quadtania will suck against melees and mages with high def, and there is quiet a few of them, her attack stat is just garbage. With Cecilia you just ignore the Weapon Triangle almost completely lulz. But i agree she is great for takeing out glass canons... then again any melee can take out the glass canons.

I am talking about Cecilia not Celica, so no Cecilia with Tomeblade is alot better then Titania

Went into Tempest blind with Kagero, Nowi, Priscilla, and Azura. Made it to the end np before Veronica & co fucked me up. Boo-urns.

I must admit, Tempest has already burned me out. I only have around 12k points, but today I only did one run. I always get to the seventh battle, and most of the time I win either with my first team or the second... But each run takes time, and the novelty of it has long faded. I was determined in getting the pseudo-killer weapon seal, but now 50k points seem too far away. I like Arena much more as an endgame activity: it only requires of a few minutes of my time per day, and each battle is usually challenging as well.

I've grown numb to Tempest Trials as well, grinding out 33k points so far, but once I get that seal, I'll take a rest. Bride Cordelia just solo carries my team to the final map, then I send a color advantage unit to the right to bait the horse mage and the final battle becomes manageable once they're gone. It helps that Nino, Cordelia, and Olivia can all tackle Veronica, but hopefully changes are made to the content since the lower tiers might as well not exist point wise and the highest tier takes time with 7 maps.

I have a lot of good units from recent summons, but I dont really play much because of the daunting task of grinding them to 40. I would play a lot more if it wasnt so cumbersome to get units to 40.

It's not as bad if you do the quests as they come and do your daily Tenth Stratum for crystals/shards. Although it's more SP efficient to level manually than pump someone full of crystals.

I think the double EXP and double FP should have stayed permanently, that felt like the right amount of grinding.

I'm enjoying TT mainly because I'm surprised I'm able to beat Lunatic7 occasionally (about every 3 runs), even if it isn't with good Time score and needing a fodder team for bonus.

It took every single quested orb currently available, but I managed to get Bride Lyn and Cordelia.
