If you put a solo Lv40 unit on the first battle of area assault and battle in beginner, you will fight against a solo unit and every battle after you can just choose beginner and fight one unit with a full roster and get your 3 arena assault items.

Well, it only works on beginner stages. Kinda makes me think it was intentional because you aren't ranking high if you just do the 7 beginner stages and its an easy way to farm items.

Hero Fest!

I got most of what I wanted. 110 orbs and got Julia (+spd -def) and Ninian (+res -spd...bah). Got a few Fae's for Renewal, finally got an Abel for SI Swordbreaker, 2 4* Hinas for LnD fodder if needed, and replenished some of what I used recently for movement skills.

Not going to keep gambling for Genny, Elise can do without wrathful staff. Pity rate on Celica is nearing 5%, so my orbs will go toward that until the banner drops and I'll go back into saving mode.

Playing around with builds for my 2 new toys. Keep in mind that I have a +spd Azura for blue dancer already.

I went looking at Julia builds, and came across a fairly interesting medic concept.

Thoughts? I have Nino (Blade), Cecilia (Raven), and Soren (Wolf) for straight green nukes, so its not a loss. I feel like not optimizing Julia's offensive potential doesn't decrease her threat or her role and opting for healing bulk vs optimizing her res bulk provides the same result. I just don't need 4 green mages to be doing the same thing.

even at 36 attack she can kill most reds - with sword breaker she can survive lucina and the like

That Cecilia and Lilina battle on Inferno was pretty tricky. It's a good thing I held on to my -SPD Takumi because I needed an Archer with Draw Back and my +SPD Takumi doesn't have the SP to learn it lol.

Got Gray on my pity rate on Celica banner. -HP + spd though, so its not too bad.

Got Cecilia and Julia all SP'ed and SI'ed up through TT, Ninian is lagging a bit due to not being able to kill but I got her the important stuff in Iceberg and WoM.



Amelia having the chain connected to her axe makes me sad her special animation is not her hurling it and pulling it back. But damn, Armor Emblem may now be a thing.

Also guessing Seth will be added to the 4* pool since Fortress Defense doesn't have a 4* user yet.

Seth will almost definitely be 4* since his weapon is a goddamn Ruby Sword.

The fucking Silver Knight, who starts the game with a Silver Lance, and they gave him a Ruby Sword.

Edit: Amelia also looks really good for Armor Emblem.

Innes could look interesting depending if the Weapon is inheritable.

Everything else is kinda meh.

Now I'm frantically saving for CYL because I want both Ike and Lyn.

If you want Ike and Lyn I'd definitely take Lyn for free and then burn orbs trying for Ike. Lyn is colorless which is chocked full of 5* garbage making her harder to get and the free one will be neutral IVs whereas one you pull could be -ATK or -SPD and really screw you.

Yeah, I'm inclined to do so, but it will also depend on how many orbs I will have available.

Ideally, I'd pull green throughout the event. If in the end I didn't get Ike, get the free one, and if I did pull him, spend the free one on Lyn.

I'm not really sure if I will be able to start pulling before choosing the free one, but if I can, that's the plan.

Welp, just had my 7% pity rate on the Nohrian Summer banner busted by a 5* Mae. RIP in pieces, Summer Corrin. You were not meant to be united with Bunny Camilla after all.

Edit: I think I'm gonna take Lucina as my freebie and then chase Ike with orbs.

If you're going to take one hero and not pull, I may lean toward Ike.
If you planned to pull on CYL, take Lyn and risk your chances knowing you avoided colorless hell.

I am having a tough time deciding if I should pull or not. Got a 2nd A!Tiki, which means I can start building a few dragon units up with Lightning Breath, and that may be my feather focus for the short term.

With how IS is using FEH, I would expect the next few "focus" banners to be with heroes in Fire Emblem Warriors (mostly Awakening and Fates focused) and the off chance that we may get a PoR/RD banner set in the not too distant future - especially now that SoV promotions are over and SS is now out of the way. That means a potential of Nephenee, and that kind of flies in the face of pulling on CYL. So I may take Lyn and run, since I need a solid archer.

God, this pos game is super grindy. Getting feathers is bs. Anyway, what's the best option: 1. merge two of a kind 5* chars; 2. Keep two diff. 5* chars?

Depends on their IV's (stats). I'd merge them if one of them has better potential (namely +Atk or +Spd). Feathers aren't too bad if you focus on Arena weekly.
