No it's not, because Aziz didnt grab her by the head, cover her mouth nearly to the point of suffocation, and then stop because he was too drunk to undress. That's called attempted rape, and that's what Kavanaugh is accused of. Was Aziz accused of attempted rape? Cause I dont see that anywhere.
