I could do it easy, in 30 seconds, what kind of assholes were you guys in highschool lol
Well I'll tell you what kind I wasn't
The kind that drugged girls so that 60 of my friends could oh wait I think I get what happened now.
I didn't even interact with 60 people in high school meaningfully enough to get someone to vouch for my character.
I would probably have to turn to BG, and then I'd have to live with getting old posts of me ranting about being Salvage banned pulled up.
I could never support a salvage duper for office, sorry.

I ended up in my yearbook for best edit: female artist in high school but most people didn't know me. I had a few close friends. Like 7 of them? I'm asian so I spent most of my time studying yo. Or chatting on the internet.
People only voted me for best artist because my art teacher always had my art up with my name under it and people "recognized my name".
Edit: Also the "best male artist" vouched for my art all the time and he was far more popular than me. He still was always impressed and talked up my art to anyone he met. I was less than a nobody. I never got invited to shiiiit because everyone knew I was a goodie-two-shoes lol. IMO: He was really good at drawing but I was better at the whole field from painting to sculpting to jewelry. Because the teacher wanted us both to win they made a male and female category. I had no competition.
I'm gonna honestly put my mind to it here. I can think of...
...MAYBE 30 people from High School that with any degree of regularity I interacted with. And I graduated in 2001, Kavanaugh was 1983? I guess it is different when you go to a rich prep school though.
Do we have any more info about the accuser's background? Where she grew up, what high school/college she went to, etc?
I have a feeling that in these elite private circles the lines between high school and college were more blurred, and the minimum legal drinking age was below 21 in a large part of the country until 1984 which certainly helped and it had been 18 until 1977 in Maryland (raised to 20 during the period in question but still).
I was pretty popular in high school and I’m sure I have databases and search engines vastly superior than your cute twitter and facespace available to me. I doubt I can find 60 meaningful people to confidently co-sign against allegations of sexual assault for me. Let alone in 8 hours lol.
I definitely KNOW 60 or more people from my high school but I can't say I ever said a single word to them or they to me.
The "elites" circling the wagons going on here is a concept most of us (myself included) don't have experience with. A lot of these people are still invested in the idea that where they went to school wasn't a cesspool of rape, that their classmates and friends and people who could help their careers aren't implicated in rape, etc.
She went to Montgomery County Community College according to her resume. Roughly around where her high school was that she wrote in her affidavit. I would assume she lived in that area but I haven't taken the time to investigate her house address during those years.
I don't know what it's like to be rich and famous but I can assume rules are bent easily when daddy/mommy can afford it.
I got second most wittiest person in school. I think the people voting thought witty meant book smart.
I live next to MCCC, it's no more than 25 minutes from Bethesda where Kavanaugh grew up.
Also my yearbook was rigged. I know this because I rigged it and I still didn't win. 24 hours before ballots were due the yearbook teacher advisor let us know that almost no one had voted for superlatives, so I went to the office and took every single one of the ballots, handed them out to some friends, and decided who was going to get what. No one we picked won anything because the yearbook committee ignored the votes and just gave them out to people they liked.
Oh. I could sign off on that for everyone at my high school for that. I never knew anyone who committed sexual assault on me or anyone I knew lol.
I'd either sign a "never knew him" or "nah never touched me or my friends'. Whichever option lol.
Edit: Instead of that, I'd want reports from other people who were at the parties who knew these women. You know... something an investigation would turn up. I mean I know enough people's faces to say I saw them in high school but I didn't go to parties with them when parents weren't around.
I remember our teachers being depressed that our year was going to be the last "big graduation year", the years following after us were doing so poorly on the state standardized tests lol.... I would have to look it up.
that's pretty sad lol. I know the art teacher rigged the artist part by constantly putting up the two artist's work that he wanted to win all around the school. While he might not have altered the votes by hand, it was definitely unfair to the other girls.
