Merging several rows of a single column?

Is there a way to merge several rows of a single column in a table? I'm working on figuring out what effect crystals have on Mog Furrows, and it looks like all crystals produce colored rocks and clusters of the same type as planted (e.g. Wind Crystal = Green Rocks and/or Wind Clusters), plus some other miscellaneous stuff. So in the Fertilizer table, I'd like to merge the first eight rows of the "Possible Additional Items" column to save some repetition. Is this possible, and if so how do I do that?

Each crystal can produce a cluster, fewell, and/or colored rock of the same type (e.g. wind crystal ~ green rock/wind cluster/wind fewell). Other items include: crystals of any type, Crawler Egg, Faded Crystal*, Fresh Marjoram, Fruit Seeds*, Little Worm, Marguerite, Moko Grass*, Silver Leaf, Snapping Mole, Spider Web, Vegetable Seeds, Woozyshroom.

* = confirmed harvested from multiple types of crystals. You can probably get the whole list from any crystal type, I'm guessing.
