I believe they all are. I hear this one is easier to hit the time limit though.

That's the difficulty of Nightfalls now is the time limit and every Nightfall will have some "Time Warp" modifier that will vary based on map it seems. Notice if you full wipe you don't get consumed by darkness but instead have to sit there and waste time until you can respawn manually. Your respawn timer gets progressively longer the more you die as well kind of like Greater Rifts in Diablo 3.

As far as this week's Nightfall it's easier in the sense that the Vex Time Gates each give +30 seconds and show up in 3 separate sections with each section adding about 3-4 minutes total and are placed in areas where there is zero reason to kill the enemies so it basically becomes a speedrun platformer. Also a lot of the Inverted Spire can be outright skipped and the boss has very few time frames where they are outright invincible so you can constantly deal damage.

All in all I duo'd it with a friend this morning and we hadn't even done a Nightfall in D2 before and we finished with 4:12 remaining with numerous fuck ups and deaths/full wipes. With 3 people who can cover the Time Gates and proper revives I wouldn't be surprised to see it beaten with 9+ minutes remaining easily.
