Right on. Anywho. Nightfall this week was a disaster. Good the anomalies are generous with time. Last boss being time gated behind add spawns is rough. The boss takes like at least 6-8 mins to kill minimum due to his weird ass spawning.

If the nightfall gave consistent endgame rewards, the challenge would be worth it. But they don't, so it isn't.


Also, regardless of how people feel about me, don't screw over others by not getting people into the overflow clan. If we could get 4-6 decent BG prime people into overflow just to help it grow, that would be great. Getting those rank ups and various wins help people who are currently unable to do them.

Hell, you can even go back to BG prime once it's more able to be on its feet.

Maybe I'm just lucky but every nightfall luminous engram has netted me an upgrade. My friend was complaining about nightfall drops last night too and I just couldn't understand it. It's always an upgrade of some sort for 2-3 slots depending on your luck. I think that's a hell of a lot better than D1 Nightfall where generally you didn't receive jack shit and you only went for the potential strange coins.

I wonder if it's possible for me to join both clans? Looks like my Bungie account is all linked up, because I was automatically in BG on PS4 even though I originally joined on XB1. Who knows.

Anyway, I need to get some raid action on PS4 this weekend. Wanna help out Mouse?

Nightfall drops depend a lot on luck. I get a Cloak from the one I did last night, which wasn't an upgrade because the Cloak I already had was my highest Power Level item, so it came out the same. If it had been literally any other armor piece, it would have been an upgrade for me.

I think he's talking about the actual rewards from Nightfalls and not the milestone reward (meaning no reason to run after your first run on a character)

I'm game for a fresh run on PS4 but my PL is a little lowish maybe for Calus (~278 right now, maybe a little higher by tonight). I've beaten everything but Calus on my XB1 character so I know the mechanics for all of that jazz.

If not tonight, then I'm game to do it this weekend.

270 and up is perfectly fine for calus. It's tight, yes. But still doable.

The only thing that matters for calus is communication. If you have that. It's an easy ass fight.
