Channel 5 is being sued (again) by Bill Joiner. Joiner's team dropped the (Federal?) case the first time after discovery and filed again in CA court. It appears he's just trying to bankrupt Channel 5 since they have no substantial claims. Channel 5 made a Go Fund Me with an 800k goal for legal fees that is already at 1.14m after 2 days.
