The amount of times I need to open up a chrome tab on my phone for converting cups to tablespoons when trying to split a baking recipe makes me want to move to the great, metric winterlands of the North. Or when trying to find the midpoint of a line that is 23 3/8" long. Or trying to subdivide a line in thirds that is 23 3/8" long.
But at least the way we measured America made some sense (west of the Appalachians). May the Rod and Chain rule us forever.
