Gotta say, he's still broken as hell with that, his dive, and his burst.

Hope and Raines are OK but also extremely limited. Hope's only source of holy damage outside of BSB commands is Madeen (or Alexander if you're that desperate but I wouldn't recommend it), Raines has no options at all.
Minwu will outclass them in a week (but requires high hones) and Rem is already much better. With the Type-0 event they also get a new spell to pair with Holy if you wanna go full DPS instead of hybrid.
Knights are simply more common (99% of the Tactics roster has or will get Knight 5* lol) and their school has been treated well.

Might be more, but those are the ones I can remember atm.

That Garland BSB is a Squall BSB2 clone so not trash, depending on your dark user needs obviously.

Yeah, it's not bad. My Dark team wasn't that bad, already had several bursts, no OSbs or USBs really so I thought having the chain would benefit. Garland can definitely replace someone now tho.

I think it's better than dark chain honestly. You can pull for dark chain v2 later and the dark chain v1 for garland is significantly worse than seifer's v2.

Riku BSB
Raines BSB OSB
Kuja SSB and BSB (one is Endark the other is Dark resist -)

Raines USB is a marginal upgrade if you have his BSB, quite honestly. Even less of an upgrade if you have his BSB+OSB.

I'd say if you want dark, wait until the dark pickup were supposed to get for II's banner 2. From what I remember, they said its the same as the JP one and that was pretty decent.
