OSB heavy is trash imo. FFX banner #2 was a much better dark banner but that's gone now. As for pulls it depends I suppose.... if you only need Dark I'd say wait a bit, see if the Dark pickup changes at all (I'm assuming it'll be mostly the same) and then decide to skip for better options. I don't think any upcoming event has dark banners though, you'll have to wait for the next FFIV event in a couple months for a shot at Decil relics (making up almost half of Banner 1) or the next Fest.

I can't convince myself to pull on this banner, I have maria BSB, and Ingus everything on my earth team, as well as Dorgan and Gladio if I need more... and my FFII is only missing a proper healer, but I guess that's a side effect of the realm - I think I might just hold off.
