Doublecast Knight materia by accidental "optimize"?

Was it in a MP fight? A while ago (not sure if it was fixed via updates) your MO commands could get a turn behind and appear to doublecast when in reality it was condensing 2 commands back to back.

Ramza's holy ability doublecast LMR2 doesn't come until next tactics event.
