However, I just noticed he gets no LM... Still, a physical Wind character is welcome because I'm not too great in that department.

Physical holy knight for VII. Angeal doesn't have access to 5* spellblade. The BSB commands are knight school though.

wakka's USB is great because it's on a ranged native water weapon for tidus to use with sapphire shot

I have Tidus's USB, which is also native water. This does give me a stronger blitzball by combining the two, though and I've already maxed the augment out with no regrets. My Tidus see's a lot of action between his USB and CSB.
