Did a happy pull on a high from beating Sephiroth and got myself an Iridal Staff (Shantotto's magic is maximum). Was hoping for Lightning USB but I won't complain.

And honestly, BSB2 just helps you cast faster lightning commands. Thundering Twinstrike is hands down your BEST option.

Welp, did one pull on this banner and got 1/11... but it was Lightning's BSB#2 so I can't complain. Now I only need her Ultra and SSB#2 for a complete package lol.

caved in and did my first gem pull just now.

3/11 TGC BSB, Ralpha BSB, Raijin BSB, still no lightning bsb2 or tgc osb, but godlike pull regardless. TGC's bsb is supposed to have a ton of potential with Cloud USB.

The only issue for TGC's Burst commands is that the execution is SLOW (3.3 seconds, same as Full Charge). TG mode pretty much brings it back to normal cast times. Good news is that the commands hit like a freight train.

Yeah, damage wise they're essentially the 4 star equivalent of full charge*, like how most burst commands are roughly 4 star equivalent. Pair with a decently honed powerchain or OSB to keep meter up. They both have non ele savers and TG Cid boosts himself instead of enelementing so they're generically useful, unlike the OSB which is running into omniresist problems recently.

Command 1 gives a rather minimal atk/def cut but it usually isn't counterproductive. If I'm not capping out command 2 however I prefer it- even though it's weaker than command 1, it's a big burst nonelemental heal.
