Chant boosts your critical hit damage, stuff like Eiko's BSB sets your critical hit rate at certain values. By using Chant or Zack's Chain you boost Cloud's damage because he has a 100% critical hit rate, Eiko's BSB simply lowers that to 50% so it doesn't help in any way. They're simply two different buffs.

Honestly, it took me 5 to get it and I still don't have Cloud's BSB, Seph's BSB, or Zack's USB.

Got fucked hard like I knew I would if I pulled on Cloud USB: 3/11: all dupes, 1x Barret Gunarm and 2x Rufus SSB. Fuck this game so fucking much sometimes.

Edit: Only had dupes on Rufus/Barret/Vincent, so I had a good chance at not getting a dupe and of course.....

Bleh, caved and pulled since Cloud's USB is so broken. Got Seph's burst, Green Megaphone, Heavy Vulcan and Combat Shotgun

Pulled more than I should have for sure. Eventually got Cloud's USB and yet his BSB2 and Zack's CSB are nowhere to be seen.

Cloud's BSB#2 and Zack's CSB come back in the next FFVII event, banner #2, alongside Tifa's USB, Barret and Zack's BSBs and Tifa/Cloud materias. Sadly it's right around the corner now unless they change our schedule again (XIV>X>Type-0>VIII>VII). Mobius may also drop in there at some point.
