The bssb is okay and has helped me a lot, but once the skill change comes you'll probably just be nuking with them?

I mean, you get party Radiant shield from BSB, but I think having R4 Chain Firaga + R3 Meltdown/Valigarmanda and spam his USB would be better once abilities get buffed. Also the BSB and USB entry hits for about the same amount of damage.

Hmm good points. Leaning towards picking the Lenna BSB for AoE heals in V realms. Think it's better to have that for cid missions than potentially pushing past the 30 sec timer on a magicite? Think I still have the CM's for the V torment to do.

Thats the same boat im in.

Are a few majors worth it vs 4* (and eventual 5*) magicites? My loigic says no, but completionist me says I want a full team (Medica, Hastega, Some SB mitigation breaks) in every realm.

What's your V gear like otherwise? If it's strong enough then the AOE heal makes no difference, at the rate we're going the D200 should be much easier by the time it rolls around again. If you're thinking something like the maria/edea/papy line then I'd say that, because their 6hit command 1 is still better than chain aga so they age well. Lenna's is a generally offensive healer bssb and that isn't well supported.

My V gear isn't bad otherwise, have a couple of BSB's and Bartz/Faris' Ultras. Actually just pulled Rinoa's Ice BSB from 100 gem on new banner. So, might not need Edea's now.

Budgeted a pull for this, hoping for cloud's usb and IX synergy. Got Seph's bsb (dupe) and cloud's usb! Don't even care I didn't get any IX items.

The only things I don't already have from this banner are both of squalls swords - I really want them (which means I wont get them), so do they come back on a later banner? According to FFRK-konbakpao, neither sword is in the next FFVIII banner.

nvm, event 155, like 5 or 6 months from now.

They come back on same banner the FF8 banner after next (JP got it earlier this month). So will come back in 5-6 months.

Zidane is suppose to be strong though.
