Regardless of quality, guaranteed bursts are great. I'm tired of Reddit and the like saying "IT'S THE AGE OF USB". K. Sure.

Well yeah, I agree with that. Bursts aren't awful by default given that certain types are certainly still valuable and incredibly useful (healer/support BSBs). You could say that there's a lot of crap in there so chances of landing on a good BSB aren't great but we also have awful 6*s and with a bad streak you could land on stuff like Golbez USB or Tyro's OSB. Still a downgrade over BSB+ healer, BSB+ and USB+CSB only from last fest imo.

yeah i mean it's not the worst, but i also have a fully loaded ramza for buffs. plus i also already cleared the XIII CMs from the current events without it, so it's basically just a stat boost on a character i never use. on the bright side he's like the one character from XIII that wasn't completely detestable, so that's nice at least!
