    the only loyalty Trump has engendered among most Republican legislators is the loyalty concomitant to all major successes, and a loyalty contingent upon seeing their dreams realized. he has been unable to deliver on the latter, and will likely be an albatross on them come the midterms. as such i wouldn't be surprised to see them break with him more consistently in the future on issues both large and small. the Republican Party remain in sharp conflict with itself both personally and ideologically, and the honeymoon stage has only partially masked the divides.
