    I liked Spinel in the movie but Christ she was annoying in this episode. Like Ronaldo or classic Lars annoying. The Sonic animation references were nice.

    It was..... Ok? Eps 18 and 19 were good, but that finale felt very underwhelming. It honestly should've been another movie because these 10-12 min episodes have to move so fast from one thing to the next.

    like boom Steven is fine and months have passed, after becoming a mf kaiju. The send off with Bismuth, Lapis and Peridot was fine and Jasper's was perfect. I guess Rebecca wanted to subvert expectations slightly and not have the main Crystal Gems get all emotional, but by the time they did it was a just for humor. Some time with each of the main Gems would've been great, but yeah, small episodes.


    Just kinda ends on a "oh, that's it?" note. Oh well, still loved the show and looking forward to her next project. Did we ever find out what was in the chest in Lion's mane?
