Depends. SCH and AST are currently the best. You can claim SCH is the best for lots of reasons (dps) and claim AST is best for lots of other reasons (buffs). And then poor WHM is sitting in a corner all alone.

Sadly I don't see any of those changes helping WHM that much, not with AST and SCH both getting more tools to enhance their DPS.

The released media in English already did a great job of covering Stormblood info. Unless people have questions about something that may be unclear I'll just take a look at the JP media interviews rather than the other info which should match with what's already been released in English.
