Someone mentioned earlier in the thread the actress for Renfri should've been cast as Triss and i 100% agree. Also I don't know if it's the lines or how the actress delivers her lines, but Yen in the series grates on my nerves. Geralt, Ciri and Dandeli...er Jaskier all probably had the strongest performances.

To everyone else, get a no weight limit mod and mmaayybbee an auto potion mod cause managing potion usage was never done well.

I generally don't play AAA games until 2-3 years after release when most of the communities have moved on. I spend most of my time grinding in games that are exclusively built on competitive modes like Brood War and DotA.

without question. i'm a big book stan but 3 is the pinnacle of the Witcherverse and one of the best RPGs ever made, and 2 is not so far behind it. gameplay is nothing to write home about but outstanding storytelling, outstanding writing, outstanding aesthetics.

Gameplay is good I'd say, but not balanced for how long the game is. The early game is very difficult, mid game is perfect challenge, end game is wayyyy too easy. Not enough to ruin the game for ya though

This. Their Cost Plus model stops sustaining itself after the 3rd season of any show and so the costs skyrocket and they cancel the show unless it has a large enough following that they can back with viewership numbers/replays.

Okay now that I'm playing the game again. I'm gonna offer some more mods that are nice QOL additions

-Convenient Looting (groups together multiple containers that are nearby so you don't have to open them all one at a time)
-Galloping in cities (timesaver, as the name says)
-All Quest Objectives on map (so you don't have to track a quest to see which objectives are nearby)
-Colored Map Markers (it has a compatible version with the all quest objectives, make sure to use the right one)
-No Fall damage (as previously mentioned, this game can kill you on a 10 foot drop)
-Over 9000 (inventory limits are boring)

Going to second all the witcher 1 hate. I really tried. With the sale on steam, it was like 4 bucks for 1/2 (Already played 3 and loved it). Watched this on Netflix and it has really gotten me wanting more, so off I went to start 1/2.

I got to the end of chapter 2 in witcher 1. Even with mods to speed up gameplay and movement speed, etc... it was just... so bad. Looked up a recap on youtube and I'm moving on to 2.

Now i know where all my audible credits are going for the next few months as well.
