I don't remember the exact wording but they implied late summer or early fall iirc.

Nearly 250 hours in on the ps4 and that trailer still gets me excited to hunt monsters. No plans to get the pc version but man this game is awesome.
20 fire resistance will make it so Teo and Luna's fire doesn't cause fireblight ever, which is nice.
For both Teo and Luna I use 3 piece Vaal gear for super recovery and recovery speed, and also put 3 fire resistance gems/eat a veggie meal for resistance. Makes it so I can stay on top of him/her with pretty much zero fear. My jyura hatchets are augmented for regen for teo, just need 1 more blade warrior stone for my regen augment for my freeze chain.
Speaking off builds, my original standard setup for every single one of my weapons was rath helm/body and vaal b gloves and vaal gamma pants and boots for critical element and super recovery. Which was perfectly setup for critical damage with elements. However after doing a shit ton of testing in the training grounds I found out exactly how much damage you lose when you go from white sharpness to blue... It's nugging futs man. If you did a 45 crit in white you'd drop down to a 32 crit in blue.
So I've decided to pump my handicraft up to 5 on all my builds with the loss of rathatlos critical element but keep vaal super recovery. I lose 2-4 damage per hit in white sharpness, but the likelihood of being forced to ever fight in blue is way way way down. 'cause even with a sharp jewel, DB loses sharpness so quickly that literally the second the minute is up I'd lose that white sharpness at 3 handicraft.
I'm just hoping Dauntless hasn't killed my skill at MH lol. I already expect that I'll have to train myself to not try to use iframes that aren't there.
Two things bothering me. Seriously fuck arena the fact that it doesn't scale down when you are solo is so terribly annoying. I just want to get divine slasher and soloing arena is such a chore. Also why the heck do the lunastra weapons require stupid ass tickets you don't get until HR100? Lunastra is an easy monster to kill and you encounter her and all the monsters you require parts for early on so why hold back until you get the HR100 quest.
Grumble.
Yeah I've been debating with this as well.

Essentially it's 2 handicraft/1 critical boost vs critical element/3 speed sharpening
Kill shot. Just got one this very second lol
Are these for Tempered Teo and Tempered Luna or regular versions?
Always tempered. Even with using 4 Luna gems I still have 5 more.
I haven't gotten any tempered Luna investigations yet unfortunately. I will have to see how her nova is in T version at some point. The regular isn't much though.
I'm sure I'd just use the regular set I use on T2 tempers like Uragaan, etc if I went back to fight regular mobs.

There's not much reason for any content not to scale, given that they implemented scaling in multiplayer, but thems the breaks.
Regarding Luna, the only thing that really bothers me is that she's almost not stunnable, so kill times are inflated on HBG. It's kind of like if Kush couldn't be flashed in the air....
Behemoth comes to MH:W August 1st
Armor reward is 2.0 DRG AF set.
And IG weapon is Gae Bolg model.
Okay, that looks like it'll be a lot of fun. Hope its more than just DRG armor but if its only DRG armor I'm okay with that too.
There's a chance there may be a changeup with the alpha and beta sets, but odds are it'll just be the palette swap for the i50 and i90 versions of the AF.
Since it's 1 armor per monster, that's that. Your variety will have to be in weapons, because they're probably not going to have IG be the only weapon reward.
It'll be interesting to see what they do with Lance, Gunlance, Charge Blade, and Switch Axe, since they don't have direct XI equivalents.
Blade and Axe will probably be modified WAR weapons, and Lance will be another DRG spear. No idea what they'll pull for the respective shields.
MCH is probably going to get double representation too with LBG and HBG, unless they just bulk out the same gun for the HBG model.
Well, wait. There is ONE gunlance in XIV. But if they put in Bradamante, I'll be shocked.
