X-Men: Dark Phoenix (June 7, 2019)

Some users on RT were entertained. >.> It made me think though. What were some positive things about the movie. Even bad movies have their good moments. If your not going to see it then click away!

Dazzler finally made a cameo.
Raven's death scene was brutal and sad.
Genosha was in the movie even though it was a tiny island is the middle of nowhere.
They did a pretty good job of explaining exactly what the Phoenix Force is.
There is a touching scene that takes inside Jean's mind between her and Xavier, where she appears to him as a child, and Charles apologizes for hiding the past from her and she forgives him.
In the big battle scene Kurt gets pissed and completely wrecks the alien guys.
At the end Erik finds Charles and they start to play a game of chess together.

Box office dropped almost 73% for it's second week and only brought in 9 million. Will be lucky to hit 70 million at this point.

pitiful ending to a messy, uneven, but sometimes effulgent franchise. X2 and Logan remain two of the best superhero movie ever made.

Real talk, Logan was the xmen franchises infinity war/end game. It was only for one character vs an ensemble, but it's up there imo.
