Eh, game is kinda in limbo status for me, so I'm not stressing too much. Mainly just burnt myself on Merlin event and the new battle mechanics didn't really enthrall me. Nonetheless, always a goal to collect the titty waifus. Even better when they're worth using.

Threw a few tickets to try for Bride. Off bannered a Sanzang. She's NP2 now.

Nero Bride isn't meant to be on my account I think. 1.5 year ago I off bannered Artoria on her banner, now Sanzang.

Right now I'm at about 60 boxes. I'll likely end up around 80 by the time the event is over. I don't think I will drop below 90 golden apples because of xmas lottery (which is shorter than Nero fest) and DaVinci that is after that. Don't we only get like 5 days for Xmas lottery best node?

Just start skilling random people to atleast 4/4/4, and take your main teams up to 9/9/9 at the minimum. Gets rid of QP quick. Or grail a waifu to 100 <,< I dropped about 100m today just skilling random shit, so I know I won't cap out after the fest ends.

I don't agree completely with the tier list. I know that Tamamo and Skadi are extremely good, but I think they should be 1 tier below Merlin and Waver. Both of them, while being excellent, are too niche. Waver and Merlin are universal, while Skadi and Tamamo need Quick and Arts teams respectively. Reines should also be lower. She really doesn't offer anything to the team outside of letting berserkers take neutral damage. For supports, from S downward, I'd drop everyone down a tier.

Jeanne Archer being higher than Gilgamesh is also lol. Jeanne can loop, but she's not very good outside of that. Gil facerolls farming and CQs, while Jeanne is just farming. I'd move Okita Alter up a rank. She's not as bad as others make her seem. Alter Ego advantage is really great for farming. Bradamante should move up also. Xiang Yu should be moved down for being nearly useless without a kscope and having a non-functional kit.

5* ST NP are all fairly accurate, but I'd move Squirtoria up to S, due to looping and her kit, as well as being self sustaining.

Ishtar Rider, Gray, Scathach Assassin and Emiya Archer are all in the same tier (B) as Consort Yu and Gorgon. That's laughable. Yu is literally in contender with Miyu for worst 4* in the game. Her damage is pitiful. Ishtar hits very hard, has great skills on low cooldown, and very good NP gain. The only bad thing about her is that she can't loop with Skadi. Scathach while being bland, is very functional and does her job well. Emiya does his job well enough, at both AOE and ST. Gray is auto NP5 and hits very hard, has an NP charge, and also 3 buffs to increase damage.

Munenori and Kuro should be moved up to S. Lancelot, FranSaber, Chiron and Kagetora should be moved to A+. Kagetora is busted as shit, and putting her in a tier with LizSaber is laughable.

Tier list is very questionable on this one, especially since now they're comparing AoE with AoE and ST with ST.

I never fully agree with tier lists. For example they typically shit on Medb but she is solid when there is a male especially for challenge quests. I think she 3 turned Spartacus for me. I take them as an averaging tool to get an idea of where a character stands.

As for petal farming. In doing 4-6 turn farms depending on card RNG with currently 7 petal runs. That’s only because I have 2 MLBs myself right now so with a friend that’s +6.

The finale is pretty easy compared to the last two CQs, got it done in two tries, took 11 turns


I think I'm gonna pass on Da Vinci's and Hassan ones, too much RNG, I almost got Da Vinci two days ago and got mega fucked by RNG at the last wave, spent 2 hours on it , It's probably decently easy if you have Jeanne though.

It's just two tickets so meh, not gonna bother with them anymore, time's better spent farming boxes.

Icarian, if you don't have Sanzang you can borrow mine (NP2). She is up with the DMG CE. It's either bugged or was changed in who he uses his NP on since he is only supposed to target the most left person, but he targets people at random. I just had to force reset the fight and do different combos to get him to kill the first person. Sometimes he would use his NP on the most left person when he targeted somebody else.

DaVinci is a lot of RNG, but I got it done with borrowing a friends Akamasu and using merlin/jeanne combo.

My Cu Alter actually killed enemy Cu Alter, Martha and Kid Gil all in the same, which meant I had to deal with Bryn putting ignore invulnerability on                                                                              everyone, and at the same time, take 2 NPs the same turn.

I just finished the stupid ultra difficult one today.

I ran Merlin x2 (2030 on each) and Jalter (with waver, mash, and bonded herc for last man standing). I made a mistake and should of used the atlas codex, but I beat it using 2 command seals and having to save scum on the very last turn because jesus christ Nero with the cit buff would one shot everyone (and that doesnt help when you can clear it next turn and only have jalter left). I basically gave up and on my last save scum and attempt tried a different card combo that had her not one shot me. Even then it came down to Jalter's extra attack to land the finishing blow. It was that close.

I highly recommend going in there using atlas codex to remove the negate buff debuff on your main DD, and then saving the CD reduction and invincibility to the very end. Jalter crit meme's can take you far but things will slow down when you get to Ozy and his imperial privilege. I also suggest keeping Medea alive until Nero's guts stacked are removed and Nero is close to dead, because that 50% defense buff will ruin you especially once Nero gets 3 turns per round to mess you up.

My waver was essentially a wasted slot. I used him to burn his buffs from the start to get rid of the buff debuff on everyone and then swapped him out to the back row. I could of just used the double merlin attack buff and then jalter attack buff to the same.

and lastly, good luck on merlin Ice. That bad luck is unheard of. I think it took me around 900 quarts for my first cleo and then I got the 2nd in like 300 quarts. But cleo isn't Merlin.

This is my most used MC in general, and I can't believe I didn't think to use it for the protoype. I entered prototype just to see if it was the just un-nerfed fight from last year, and made it like 3 times and said fuck it, I'll do it later. The buffs missing it what made me say fuck it for that run, especially since Jack put up evasion on a godhand card turn, lmao. I'll be doing it tonight when I get some time.

I tried the super ultra hard CQ and I can't be bothered with it, I'm sure I can beat it as I was left with only Medea and Nero on my first try without much (if at all) planning, but I lived that long only because I had double Merlin and one with NP2, My Jalter was taking 2500 damage each turn from I guess Medea poison spam which is exactly what my Merlin duo NP was healing her for, then she got NP'd by Medea and died the next turn because all her buffs got stripped.

It's basically kill them before you die from dots, but after so much farming I simply don't feel like putting the effort for a ticket.

The 19th is the day I try for Lartoria NP2, I'll grail her to 100 if I'm successful.

Full buffed Sanzang on turn 1, then switched her out for Irisviel. As usual, Irisviel lasted like 2-3 turns due to RNG. Merlin and Waver soon fell after. Cu stalled pretty well between his evades and guts.
I got lucky as fuck and won on turn 21. If Sanzang did not get a lucky crit, I would have lost. She was the last one left, with no guts and 1 HP when I won. It was complete RNG. Fitting for this shitfest of a fight.

Took 14 turns. No command seals used. Heracles was the last man standing. Used Atlas on Cu Alter a turn after the fight started, so that you could remove the poison as well. Buffed on turn 2. I could have ended it on turn 11 or 12, but didn't want to use a seal to charge up Cu Alter before he died. Kill order I did was:
Jack > Lalter > Amakusa > Killed Nero 3x until her guts was gone > Ozymandias > Medea > Nero.
Amakusa's double HP down buff was annoying, but was going for the Cu NPXX on Lalter and Amakusa, but the NPXXEX didn't kill Amakusa, left him with like 2k HP.
Wasn't that difficult overall.

All CQ done. At around box ~85 at the moment. Will farm a little bit more.



EDIT: So you know all those CE that weren't dropping since the event started? I got 1 drop yesterday, and 5 drops in the past 1 hour. Would have been nice if this shit was spaced out, so I could have gotten more petals. I have a feeling these CE drops won't let me get Merlin.

Still not sure who to use 4* ticket on, but it's a toss up between: Salter (NP2), Atalante, Nitocris. Getting Lalter NP2 and Zerkerlot took them out of the options. Gilcaster was an option, but he's on Ereshkigal's banner.

Next time I pull will probably be Ishtar's rateup on Christmas, to try and snag NP2. I don't mind waiting til next year for Ereshkigal on NA.

I did a dumbdumb and chose a second copy of Salter for my free 4*. I couldn't choose between Salter, Nitocris or Atalante. Well, I chose the character I rarely ever use any more and out of loyalty. That and the fact that I don't really plan on pulling on any banners that have Salter in them in the future, so figured I might as well.
