one month of dead weeks is kind of unheard of.. They should of just thrown in a random rerun or something.

JP has honestly been poorly run since beginning of 2019. Shitton of dead weeks, less events, some events canceled (halloween), no christmas 2018 re-run, etc.

There was a 1.5 month gap last year with nothing going on at all. NA will be getting to that area around April.

TL;DR: NA 2021-22 won't be a fun time for FGO.

I am fine with 2 weeks of dead weeks here and there. I didn't realize the state of current JP was filled with so much drought. I wonder if at least this dead week period has been due to COVID-19

I'm sure covid has certainly slowed down some stuff, but I don't think it's the main cause. We also know that they plan and finish events months in advance. They've had this record now for the past 1.5 years, so I think it's probably management issues. Other gacha games haven't been effected as much as FGO has either (FFBE, DFFOO, SOA, Granblue, Dokkan, etc.), even with covid. It's a shame honestly, since it's a multi-billion dollar company and they do the absolute bare minimum, or nothing at all. It wouldn't have been difficult to just put in the missing Christmas re-run, or Kama event (Kama event did get announced today though).


Spent 31 tickets on re-run banner. Got 2 3* CE and 1 summer Nito. >.> Nito was the only one I didn't want. Those tickets were atrocious lol

Went against my word and rolled for Kama. Got her in 150SQ. Very happy. Will probably grail her to 100 during anniversary.

Maybe its because of NA Clairvoyence EX and everyone knowing content is going to slow down soon, but it feels like they are releasing stuff slower right now to compensate for that. Based on this weeks weekly missions it doesn't look like we are getting Summer 3 until next week as why else would they put doors of all things in the missions

While you're probably right, it may not be the case. DW has put missions completely unrelated to events quite a few times on NA, though it has been a while since they have.

So looks like Nasu confirmed again that the end of Part 2 is the end of Gudao/Ritsuki's story. There will be another overarching story plot but it sounds like it will be a reboot. Not sure how I feel about that but everything good has to come to and end I guess For me it really depends on what this 3rd Arc will be like.

Olga is in the new OP I linked after your comment So she will come back in some form or another. As she died when the 7 Cyphers did, I expect it to all to tie back to her in some fashion. Also that OP shows Muramasa fighting. I hope that means he can finally come home!

Today's yolo ticket got me Nobu, who I wanted. Still unsure if I want to SQ for Nero/Salter. Kind of want to stay healthy for summer 3, but at same time, Nero and Salter don't come back

This actually sold me to wait. Got lucky enough and the 5 tickets from the monthly reset shop popped out Maid Alter. Was going to SQ for her if they didn't.

Grind is pretty casual, imo. Do your 7-8 fights a day. Refresh towards end of event if needed. Only gets grindy during a lotto, which is just you grinding at your own pace.

Pulled on Dantes banner. Had completely awful rolls until the end, then it got good:

Damn that's really good. 3 copies on Dante in 720 SQ. I plan to roll for 1-2 more NP levels for Dante after BB's banner drops and I got her and NP5 Medb. Does BB's banner drop next week? Also, is this point ladder just for the first part of the event or is it for the entire event?

My rolls for Jeanne started the same way. I think the first 400 SQ was terrible, not even a 4. Then I got a Napoleon spook. After that things picked up at a steady pace.
