White House admits Trump's Jerusalem decision hurts peace process
Honest question, what has the Trump administration done to build any trust whatsoever with the Palestinians?"We're prepared for derailment -- temporary, I hope. Pretty sure it will be temporary," said a senior White House official, who acknowledged that the President's peace team has not spoken with furious Palestinian officials since the Trump's announcement.
...
The White House officials expressed hope that the Trump administration has built enough trust with the Palestinians to push through the current friction, but could not say when they believed the relationship would be patched up.

Touched a glowing orb. Sword danced. idk what else really though.
Hey we haven't dropped a moab on them yet
Don't let this delude you into believing that somehow Trump defied everybody by deciding to do this.
Basically everyone on the left that's come out in opposition to this today has openly and in many cases passionately advocated for it as recently as October of this year.
Including the previous administration, who was lobbied by Schumer and Diane Feinstein among others to do this in Obama's first term.
They're all pro-Israel shills. The US government should be ashamed of itself for both doing this and by politicizing it when they're all guilty as fuck.

There's the original bill from '95. Lot of "outraged" people on there.

Apparently this wasn't outrageous either?
The level of corruption going back and forth between the US and Israel is fucking insane.
I know schumer advised Trump on this.
I assume its one of those things there's been a lot of outside pressure for but no president has been actually dumb enough to do it.
I would guess that the intelligence exclusive to the President is enough to scare most of them away from actually doing it. Notably Obama himself was very much in favor of doing it, even going so far as affirming it after Hillary did in 2008. He deferred the decision almost immediately upon taking office (and presumably receiving said intel briefings)
I'm mostly just disgusted at how partisan this is. You don't get to say one thing for 30 years then decide to flip flop because the other party actually went through with it. I guarantee you none of these fucks would have given a shit other than probably Sanders if it had been done last year by Obama.
Actually, it probably would have been met with the same faux "outrage" by the GOP. Vile.
Everyone loves Israel
i honestly don't get what the big deal is with it.
I understand why Jerusalem itself is a big deal in regards to various religions. I don't understand why we need to recognize it as Israel's capital or move our embassy there.
I googled the capital of Israel it says Jerusalem. Whats siri say?
