Get angry about something
Make an angry/racist post on facebook
Realize your post is public instead of for a select audience
Quickly try to delete the evidence
Act like nothing happened until someone finds said post
Claim you got hacked.

Two factor auth usually helps guard against this as it prompts for a second form of authentication when logging in from an unknown/unauthorized device, however, it doesn't protect against accidentally leaving yourself logged in somewhere that other people have access to (School library).
